Speakers – Julia Dallimore & Adam Jackson ‘Pineapple Splash – Creating Controlled Chaos!’ ( Live demonstration from expert food photographers).
Julia and Adam are expert food photographers from JaxMore Food and Drink Photography.
We will walk everyone through the full set-up, from how we freeze motion cleanly to the lighting choices that shape the water and define the texture of the fruit. You’ll see the shot created live, then we will take it into editing to show how we refine the detail, boost clarity and give the image its punch.
JaxMore have been shortlisted for the British Photography Awards. Twice!
