Nempf Exhibition Submissions

This email is a reminder that the NEMPF exhibition is approaching and to let you know the cut-off dates for submissions:

I can accept entries up until Thursday 8th October. This gives me sufficient time to collate the entries and get them to our delivery point before the cut-off date.

Please send the following entries by email to me at

  • Entries for PDI classes (One email per class please – this should contain a maximum of 4 images plus the associated entry form)
  • PDI images of Print entries (One email per class please – this should contain a maximum of 4 images plus the associated entry form)

For all entries submitted by email, please contact me if I have not acknowledged receipt within 2 days.

Should members prefer to hand entries in as opposed to sending them via email, Then the closing date is once again Thursday 8th October. If handing in your entries then the following is required:

  • For PRINT submissions

The only acceptable mount size is 500mm x 400mm with a thickness of up to 4mm.

The back of each print must show – Title of the PrintName of the Author and Melbourne Photographic Society.

If you wish to enter the Panel section than a letter ‘P’ must be placed next to the Title of the Print  and a plan clearly shown on the rear indicating the hanging positions of P1, P2, P3 and P4).

  • For PDI images from members who prefer to submit their entry on a CD

The files on the CD should be saved within a folder ‘Author’s name’ and beneath that, folders containing the images for each of the classes entered – remember also to include folders containing the PDI images of any Print entries)

  • ENTRY FORM for each class being entered. (If preferred these may be sent to me in advance by email)

Myself or Alan May(Treasurer) will collect entry fees for all submissions on Thursday 15th October.
