Les Nixon delighted over sixty visitors at Melbourne Assembly Rooms on Friday night with his slide presentation embracing over fifty years of worldwide railway photography. Stunning images combined with his amusing stories and anecdotes proved a huge hit with the audience. During the interval there was the opportunity to view his print exhibition and, for the hardy enthusiasts, a chance to look at his collection of rail memorabilia, including a steam locomotive nameplate. All in all an excellent evening’s entertainment.
A big thanks to all that attended!
