Annual Dinner – Thursday 10th May 2018 – The Hardinge Arms, Kings Newton

I am pleased to announce that this year’s Annual Dinner will be held at the Hardinge Arms, in Kings Newton on Thursday 10 May, 7:00 for 7:30pm. The Society’s Annual Awards will be made during the evening. The meal is open to members and their spouses as in previous years. The cost for the three course meal is £20 per person.

Soup of the Day

Liver Pate, with Toast and leaves

English Salad

Bacon, black pudding, mushroom and poached egg

Breaded Whitebait, Served with Salad and Tartar sauce

Mains

Slow Roasted Duck Salad

Fresh strawberries, leaves, orange dressing

Traditional Roast Belly Pork

New potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables

Shin of Beef

Slow cooked in beer and served with mash and seasonal vegetables

Pesto Linguine

Fresh linguine tossed with homemade basil pesto, With garlic bread

Pan Fried Mackerel Fillets

With warm horse radish potato salad and fresh leaves

Desserts

Chocolate brownie, with cream or custard

Bread and Butter pudding, with custard

Lemon Possett, with fresh cream and shortbread

3 Course Dinner £20.00 Per Person

Coffee/Cheese Board available for extra £3 per person
